Take a visualization vacation. To start your journey shift from your head and breathe with your heart, then begin head to toe relaxation, allow yourself to relax every nerve and muscle in your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Then imagine yourself in a beautiful place in nature, maybe the beach, or the forest, or the mountains. Take yourself on a walk or go for a swim and enjoy being in that space. You could revisit a vacation that you have taken in the past that provided enjoyment and replenishment. Sometimes we don’t have the time or resources to take an actual vacation, but with your mind you can take a wonderful break from the routine of daily life by imagining a getaway.
