This month we will experience the Autumnal Equinox and the balance of 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness before the days start getting shorter. During this month reflect on balance in your own life. Is your work life balanced with fun or leisure? Are your relationships balanced with giving and receiving? Do you have a good balance between the material and spiritual aspects of life? Do you have good physical balance in your body? If you need better physical balance in your body you can try yoga. After doing some reflection on the balance in your life, if you find you have imbalances, try making some adjustments.
