Try some rhythmic breathing. Start with moving into the coherence of the heart, by shifting from your head and placing your awareness on your heart, then think of something that brings you joy and happiness. Then begin rhythmic breathing by inhaling with your heart to the count of 4, hold the breath in for 2 counts, then exhale out to the count of 4, hold the breath out for 2 counts, repeat as many times as you would like to.
