Start by moving into your heart center, then imagine a ball of light above your head like sunlight (source energy) then allow this ball of light to become a golden warm elixir and let it flow down over your scalp warming and relaxing every nerve, let the golden warm elixir flow all the way down from your head to your toes relaxing every nerve and muscle of your body. Then move down into the cellular world inside your body, down here send your love to each and every cell. Then connect to the photons that are particles of light formed when electrons move from one state to another. Down here in this quantum field allow yourself to hangout for a while and realize and connect with your own electromagnetic light field.
