Remember to take time for yourself during the holidays. You can take a moment to do some rhythmic breathing by breathing in to the count of 4 holding your breath in for 2 counts, then exhaling out to the count of 4 and keeping the breath out for 2 counts and just repeating that for a while to calm you down.

You can move into the coherence of the heart by shifting from your head and putting your awareness in your heart, then imagine inhaling and exhaling with your heart and think of something that brings you joy and happiness. When you are heart centered and in alignment you can open up to the big flow of source energy.

You can use head to toe relaxation to bring your body and nervous system into a relaxed state.

You can take salt bathes or take a nice long walk in nature. Do whatever it is that recharges and renews your energy so you can remain present in the moment.

Enjoy the winter solstice! Maybe even create a ceremony for the return of light.

As we move closer to the new year you can reflect on what you learned and how you have grown in 2023.
