If you want to take a vacation and you don’t have the time or the money to do so, you can do a mediation visualization to anywhere you choose.

To start, shift your awareness from your head to your heart and breathe with your heart. Inhale and exhale with the area of your heart, let the breath get a little longer and a little slower, think of something that brings you joy and happiness, this moves you into the coherence of the heart.

Then begin head to toe relaxation, just imagine every nerve and muscle of your body relaxing. You can imagine a ball of source light energy, like sunlight above the top of your head, then imagine it becoming a golden warm elixir and let it flow down over your body, warming and relaxing every nerve and every muscle.

Then imagine yourself at your desired destination, maybe a beach, or the mountains, the forest, or a city you enjoy. Involve all your senses: see the colors of the sights, smell the aromas, listen to the sounds or the silence of the area, feel the breeze or the sun on your skin. Take a walk, or sit and observe the surroundings, or visit with a friend or loved one. Enjoy a simple getaway without leaving your home.
