Shift from your head and breathe with your heart, let the breath get a little longer and slower. Then think of something that brings you joy and happiness! When you’re heart centered and in alignment you are connected to the big flow of source energy and it’s easier to go with the flow!

November is a good time to use a gratitude practice. There are so many things to be grateful for, simple things like being able to walk, talk and breathe. Gratitude can improve your physical health as well as your mental health!
