Freedom is our ability to choose where we place our attention and consciousness! Our consciousness is more valuable than gold. Just think how much money many cooperations spend on capturing our consciousness! When we are mindful about where we place our attention or what we allow to enter our consciousness, we can create healthy, creative lives of our own making.
Try a mindfulness practice to be present in the moment and notice where you are placing your attention. If the place where you are present feels good, that is your body’s way of letting you know you are in the right place. If you notice that you are in a place where you don’t feel good, that’s your body’s way of letting you know that you are out of alignment with your wellbeing. If this is the case, just shift from your head and breathe with your heart, let the breath get a little longer and a little slower, think of something that brings you joy and happiness. Then you can adjust your perspective and choose where you would rather place the focus of your attention and call back your consciousness!
