8 Count Breath Exercise

To begin, shift your awareness to your heart.  Take a couple of breaths inhaling and exhaling through the heart.  Feel the sense of gratitude for your body.

Then inhale through your nose to the count of 8.  You could inhale to 8 heartbeats if that is comfortable for you, otherwise just count to 8.  You are inhaling source energy and you will feel energized.  Hold the breath in for 8 counts or 8 heartbeats.  Then exhale out of pursed lips to the count of 8 or 8 heartbeats.  As you exhale you are releasing toxins.

Do this simple breath exercise 8 times and you will feel energized the rest of the day.
