As the year comes to an end, think of all the things that have changed in your life or the life of a loved one.  Celebrate life’s changes! 

Sometimes we overlook some of the changes we have made or don’t take time to acknowledge what it took to create those changes.  Acknowledging things that have changed and how we made those changes helps us to create more change in our lives! The only constant in life is change.
