Try using head to toe relaxation. Simply ask the nerves and muscles to relax as you focus your way down your body from the scalp, facial muscles, down the neck, torso, arms, legs and feet. This is a wonderful way to truly relax. It is also helpful to do if you wake up while sleeping. It gives your brain something to do and will relax you back to sleep.
