What are you grateful for? There are so many things to be grateful for: all the bodily functions that work every day, the air we breathe, the water we drink, our friends, our family, our pets, things that bring us happiness, like watching a hummingbird……etc.
It has now been proven that having a gratitude practice has a positive effect not only on our minds and emotions, but also on our bodies.
