We are moving into the holiday season. The holidays can be stressful or joyful. Here are some self care ideas for a happy holiday season.
Move into the coherence of the heart by shifting from your head and placing your awareness on your heart. Imagine inhaling and exhaling with your heart, then think of something that brings you joy and happiness. When you are heart centered and in alignment you are open to the big flow of source energy. You can easily access life force energy and breathe it in. When you are misaligned or stressed the flow of life force energy gets shrunken down and you cut yourself off from the big flow. You can check in with yourself during the day and shift from your head and breathe with your heart and open up to the big flow of life force energy.
Take time for yourself: take salt baths, write in a journal, go for a walk in nature, spend time with animals, spend time with loved ones, do the things that bring you happiness. These are a few reminders of simple things you can do to help yourself have fun and happy holidays.
