The two energies that we can focus on are love or fear.  They do not coexist at the same time.  Either you are focused on love or you are focused on fear.  In the world today there is much fear that is being generated by the media and the power structure that has been in place for the last 2000 years.  The power structure that we all agreed to, to learn from is now in the process of changing into another form.  We are moving out of the age of Pisces into the age of Aquarius.  This brings us out of the rule of patriarchy into a balance of male and female energy to work together on the planet as a divine partnership.  In the world where we are learning tolerance and justice, to find divine union between the male and female energies is one of the most important lessons we can learn individually and collectively.  So many are focused on outside issues of injustice in the world.  What about our own issues within ourselves.  Are we balanced and have harmony in our own lives or are we in conflict with ourselves.

To find your own balance between your male and female sides, simply go within and breathe with you heart.  Get heart centered and check in with yourself and notice where you feel yourself in your right side of your body and then where you are in the left side of your body.  Find the balance and breathe the life into your whole self.

We can only find balance in the world when we find balance in our selves. Do you spend more time in love or fear.  Balance your sides and find your center in your heart.
