Rhythmic Breathing Exercise
This is an easy and effective exercise
Breathe in to the count 4 hold the breath in for 2 counts, then exhale out to the count of 4, hold the breath out for 2 counts. Repeat the cycle for 5 minutes or longer and feel your body and mind release and relax.
I will be teaching a Basic Chakra Class at A Path to Avalon on Saturday November 14th the cost is $35.00. We will go over chakra basics, learn how to identify chakra imbalances and exercises to balance chakras. Masks are required, we will be 6 feet apart. Class is limited to 6 people.
